Trending News: Chris Cornell’s Last Twitter Post Shows How Sudden His Death Was
Update: Chris Cornell reportedly died from hanging by suicide. This is truly tragic news.
Long Story Short
Chris Cornell was found dead on Wednesday night at the age of 52.
Perhaps along with Kurt Cobain and Eddie Vedder, no voice is more synonymous with 90s rock and grunge music than Chris Cornell. The frontman for Soundgarden and Audioslave wasn’t reminiscing about the old days either, he was on stage, performing a new tour with his old band. Just look at this post from hours before he died:

So, so, tragic.
We don’t know how Cornell died, but of course, the rumor mill is spinning. The family has requested privacy, so nothing is certain, but Detroit police are investigating the possibility of a suicide, Variety reports.
Cornell was a father of three.
